The following outline is our typical proven method
of doing a job.
Introduction and Design
 Call us to discuss your remodeling project. We can provide you with many suggestions and can typically give you an immediate indication over the phone of the project's potential cost. If you are further interested in our services, we can schedule an appointment for a representative of our company to visit your home to get a more detailed view of the job and further discuss your project.
- Upon our visit to your home to see first hand the room(s) to be renovated or constructed, we will show you examples of past projects we have completed and the products we have available as and discuss our design service as well. With your permission, we will take room measurements so we can provide you with a written proposal.
- We have a kitchen and bath design service available which we highly recommend. For larger baths, our talented designer will use a state of the art computer program to provide you with the layout of a virtual bath. This will allow you to see what your new kitchen or bath will look like before you make a commitment to proceed. There is no charge for this design service, however, the drawing developed will remain the property of Beautiful Baths of Minnesota until a deposit for the project is made. Should you choose, the designer will contact you to set up an appointment.
- After the designer has visited you, a virtual view of your new bath will be created for you. We revise and refine this design until we achieve just what you want. This, along with your product selections, will be used to develop a final price proposal for you.
The Project Begins
 Upon your acceptance of our proposal and payment of a retainer fee, the building of you new kitchen or bath will be under way. All the necessary materials will now be ordered.
- A lead installer will be assigned to your project who will have hands on responsibility for your project.
- All members of our construction team are skilled, experienced, courteous, responsible and prompt. You can expect that all members of the construction team will be as professional as the designer and the company representative who you initially met.
- Specialty subcontractor may be retained for certain tasks.cabinet making, tile setting, significant electrical, plumbing work or other specialized work.
- At the beginning of each day, protective floor coverings will placed over your good floors and at the end of each day the work area will be cleaned including the discarding of all unneeded materials and the organization of needed materials and tools.
- We will complete your project to our own highest standards and your complete satisfaction.
